As soon as we receive your returned items, we will transfer the refund to you. This can take up to 5 working days.

The shipping costs within Germany are € 4,95. For foreign countries please check the shipping costs while viewing your cart.

1. Fill out the return slip. Use the appropriate code to indicate the reason for the return.
2. Tear off the return slip and put it together with the items to be returned in suitable packaging.
3. Affix the return label and return the package to the DHL Packstation or the post office.

Every year, an organization will be supported by MIVOR. There are three organizations and projects to choose from. We as MIVOR, make sure that the organizations serve a good cause.
